Hotel atmosphere was really nice in Swissotel Makkah Hotel

Hotel atmosphere was really nice in Swissotel Makkah Hotel, clean and very well presented. Staff were very accomodating. Hotel room was ok- very compact. Outstanding service by Ashraf at the buffet breakfast for the whole 4 days we stayed. Every morning he looked after all of our needs with a smile, filled every request very efficiently. Very satisfied with my stay at hotel Swissotel Makkah. In particular housekeeping staff member Kurshed Ahmed was outstanding. He was always polite, happy and always willing to help with a smile. A very good worker who takes pride in his work. Cleaned room and bathroom everyday to a high standard. Room 531 and 532 Source - Google

Excellent location in Swissotel Makkah, superexcellent services, very helpful and polite team. From greetings and assistance at parking, to the smiling security at the entrances, and check-in and out personal, to the help with loading and unloading luggage, and help with needs in the rooms and the cleaning, excellence persisted. It seems to be actively pursued, and excellence seems to be an inherent culture. So organized, they know exactly what to do to help patrons. Definitely world class hotel and personnels. Loved it so much if I return will seek the same hotel to stay. Source - Google

We have stayed 3 nights at Swissotel Makkah Hotel room 1123. Location is perfect and breakfast was awesome. Housekeeping was excellent( bathroom cleanliness& bed linen were perfect with room smelled nicely). Mr. Rizan from housekeeping team was very helpful. Check in process was smooth. They even allowed us to check in a bit early. Overall best value for the money Source - Google

It was excellent experience at Swissotel Makkah Hotel. The rooms are clean, staff members are very helpful and friendly, location is great, special thanks to staff members at the entrance of the dining room, great food selection. I highly recommend this hotel. The only issue is the elevators. It is a bit confusing and takes along time Source - Google
