Wonderful Experience - This hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel gives the best services and very timely services. I am very much amazed for the quick check-in & check-out process. The hotel management is very good in responding any query. For Umrah pilgrims, the shuttle service is very good and consistently going on one after one without a delay. For Umrah Pilgrims - Location wise it is far - but considering the ease and comfort of their shuttle service - it was one of the best choice to go in for my Umrah trip. Source - Google

Location to the Haram from hotel Al Ebaa is only 15 mins walk

Location to the Haram is only 15 mins walk, with a slight hill. My bathroom door handle was broken and they sent someone to fix it asap. Breakfast was decent as well, price was very reasonable

Neat and clean hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel - Well maintained with all require essentials provided in room

It’s neat and clean hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel. Well maintained with all require essentials provided in room. The location is near to Haram. Their shuttle service is one of the best. You always have a bus there which will take you to haram in few minutes. Overall is a good experience. Specially for families this is a correct choice hotel. Source - Google

This hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel is exceptional—clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the Haram. The customer service is outstanding. Tala, who managed the breakfast service, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She even took the time to check in with us and ask if there was anything else they could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her attention to detail, warm welcome, and genuine hospitality truly made our experience memorable. I highly commend her for making our stay so special. Source - Google
