I had the pleasure of staying at Elaf Kinda Hotel in Makkah

I had the pleasure of staying at Elaf Kinda Hotel Makkah, and my experience was truly exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Rajaul, the room boy on the 11th floor. His attentiveness and dedication were remarkable, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my room was perfectly cleaned and well-maintained every day. Rajaul’s customer-friendly approach made my stay comfortable and stress-free. He was always polite, quick to respond to any requests, and showed a genuine commitment to making sure I had everything I needed. His service reflects the high standards of the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate his hard work and professionalism. The rest of the staff at Elaf Kinda Hotel were equally hospitable and helpful, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and made sure that all guests felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend Elaf Kinda Hotel to others

I have visited Makkah multiple times, but this was my first stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel, and it was a truly pleasant experience. While many hotels in the Clock Tower complex seem close to the Haram, the long queues and multiple lifts often make the journey to the masjid take 15-20 minutes. Elaf Kinda, however, is exceptionally well-located, offering one of the quickest and most convenient accesses to Masjid Al-Haram. The room was of a reasonable size, very clean, and comfortable. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Abdul Haleem on the 15th floor and Akhtar at reception were particularly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Elaf Kinda Hotel to others and look forward to staying here again on future visits to Makkah. Source - Google
