I had a fantastic experience at this hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah and I’m giving it a solid 4 stars! The room was clean, comfortable, and met all my expectations but the fare was little bit expensive. A special mention goes to Sameh Najeb, the room boy, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and his friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to him and the team for a pleasant stay!. Room 413 Source - Google

Overall, I would say that the stay and the service provided were good. However, my main concern is the quality of the bed mattresses. Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah They were extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain due to their excessive softness. I strongly suggest replacing them with proper, more supportive mattresses. I recently stayed at Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah and had a generally positive experience, but there are areas where the hotel could improve. Service: The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Room and Comfort: While the service was commendable, the room itself left much to be desired. The decor felt quite outdated, and the bedding was not very comfortable. The mattress and pillows didn't provide the level of comfort expected from a hotel of this standard, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's rest. Bathroom: The bathroom was also in need of renovation. It appeared outdated, and the fixtures felt worn. The overall condition of the bathroom was not as polished as I would have hoped for. Carpet: One of the more notable issues was the carpets. They weren't joined properly, which not only affected the aesthetic but also gave an impression of neglect in an otherwise clean space. Overall Impression: The Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah offers great service, and the staff do their best to make guests feel welcome. However, the hotel could significantly improve its offerings by addressing the outdated decor, improving bedding comfort, and upgrading the bathroom and carpets to maintain the high standard of service it provides. source - Google
