Excellent Hotel Raffles Makkah Palace great location and even better staff outstanding service. one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced. You all will love this hotel just wish we didn't have to change the elevators to go to harem which can be a cumbersome wait. Rest all perfect 👌 Source - Google

The room is a spacious suite, the level of cleanliness is high, and the service in general is excellent in the hotel. The menu is also varied and very good. The staff is very cooperative. One of the best experiences in Raffles Makkah Palace ever! The suite was out of this world, service is excellent. We told them that we liked the macaroons we got delivered to our suite and the next morning they made some especially for us. That’s the kind of gestures that makes the customer feel special.
