What an amazing experience at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah. The service was just amazing, room service was great, they would complete everything we request. The sheets changed anytime we would want. I am amazed by the room service! The room service guys need a raise, even the breakfast boys. The location is another big plus point, walk directly into the Haram. I loved the location. Rooms were clean, stay was smooth. Everything is accessible, nearby mall and markets. Source - Google

Amazing location at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah just a few minutes walk to the Haram. It’s also easy to pick up a taxi from outside the hotel to Masjid Ayesha if you are planning to perform multiple Umrahs. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of choices. They have the best falafel I’ve ever tasted. The room was a nice size and very clean. We had a problem with the temperature control on our shower, but Abdullah from housekeeping quickly arranged for it to be fixed and was very helpful throughout our stay. source - Google

This hotel Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah exceeds my expectations every time

This hotel Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah exceeds my expectations every time! We have stayed here 3 times and every time it has been great, The rooms are clean and tidy and offers a spacious and comfortable retreat. Last February we stayed on the 8th floor and the brother who was doing the room service named Arafat was exceptionally helpful. I visited with my two little children and he was so friendly and best at his job. We visiting again in October I hope to see him again, he made our stay very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming and they go above and beyond to help us. Additionally, the mosque is so close to the hotel, it’s easy to travel with children. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and hassle-free stay. Can’t wait to visit again in October. Source - Google

We had a wonderful stay at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Hotel, and I just have to give a big shout-out to the front office team! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The warm welcome from the front desk and the attentive service from the managers and receptionists truly made our stay memorable. A special thanks to Yahya, who went above and beyond by personally checking in with us and paying close attention to our feedback. The breakfast menu offers a fantastic variety, but the club lounge evening tea could improve. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfort, all close to Haram. It’s a perfect choice for a family visit! Source - Google
