Although I stayed for one night at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah I had the most amazing experience. The staff are amazing Duha and Omar, were very helpful I was treated with smiles and I got all the support that I needed. The location was perfect as this was the first time I performed Umrah on my own. The location was perfect, also everything you might need was in the same location. I would highly recommend it. Far better value for money than staying in the Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah clock tower Hotel. Close to haram, free upgraded room if available by the epic staffs. The room are great and we had great food options as there is a shopping mall in the ground 4 levels. There you can have everything you can eat from dawn to dusk Source - Google

had a great time staying at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah Hotel

I had a great time staying at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah. We reached there at 9am and they let us check in early which helped us leave for our umrah quickly. We had club access during our stay and their breakfast was excellent. Tea hours menu can be improved as it is repetitive. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was receptive to our needs. Location is excellent and it took me 2 mins to pass through King Fahd gate from the hotel entrance. I would love to come and stay here again. Source - Google

One of my preferred hotels Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah! Very very clean, comfortable beds, all amenities provided. My favorite is probably the housekeeping as they are top notch and their management of housekeeping checks in to verify if room is up to standard for their guests! Spacious rooms and restrooms. Breakfast buffet is probably one of the best in the area. I have stayed here in Ramadan as well and both their suhoor and iftar were very good and had lots of variety. Location is great, but one thing to note is during busy seasons or days the guards close off the direct access to gate 79 so you just need to plan ahead and go to the mosque earlier than you expect so you don’t have to go the long way. The hotel Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency is extremely clean, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. The service is top-notch, and the location is simply amazing—just a few steps away from the Haram. The room is spacious and equipped with all the amenities one could need. This has truly become my favorite spot for future trips. I would like to thank the management for their attention to guest comfort and for focusing on every detail in the hotel. Source - Google
