My stay at Shaza Makkah Hotel was good

My stay at Shaza Makkah Hotel was good. The staff, services, and overall environment of the room was excellent. A must-try is the morning breakfast by Midan. The hospitality of Mr AbdulAziz the manager was exceptional, he and his team, specially chef Umar, who made outstanding omelettes was amazing, and the services was great and they always went an extra mile to enhance our experience. Stayed here Shaza Makkah Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were very clean, the food from the restaurant was better and higher quality than local area restaurants, and room service was excellent and timely. Hotel staff were also very helpful in addressing any concerns I had and were very accommodating. Shaza Makkah is fairly close to the Haram and they provide a free bus to and from the Haram which is very convenient. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here. Source - Google

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel Shaza Makkah. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always making sure we felt welcomed. Every morning, the breakfast buffet was a delight, and they greeted us with refreshing hibiscus tea (كركديه بارد) and coffee, which made us feel at home. The room itself was beautifully designed in Andalusian style, with elegant decor and spotless cleanliness.
