It was our first time staying at Jumeirah in Makkah Hotel

It was our first time staying at Jumeirah in Makkah Hotel, we have stayed in multiple five star hotels but this was top notch. Service, staff, rooms and every bit of our stay was extremely comfortable! Receptionist was extremely accommodating, there was nothing that we could complain about, they upgraded our room to suite and listened to all our requests. Manager was extremely kind and told us that this is our home in Makkah, with so much warmth, we would love to stay here again and again! Source - Google

My stay here Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah has been very good, staff, housekeeping everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I would like to give my appreciation to Sister Farah, who checked me in smoothly with very good service even offering me a room upgrade which meant a lot to me, a kind gesture I am grateful for. Amazing placing at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. Professional staff. Usually staff from pakistan and bangladesh are very helpful and polite surprisingly the local arab were just as good. Breakfast was amazing mubashir and fatheullah were always asking and catering to my family. 5 star for the Breakfast crew. This hotel was just amazing. Hopefully hotel management keeps the place same don't cut the budget on upkeep of the place. Source - Google

My family and I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah for five days, and it was an amazing experience. This five-star hotel offers incredible luxury for the price. The breakfast, included in our stay, was a highlight with over 100 dishes and exceptional quality.
