We stayed at Conrad Makkah Hotel on the fourth floor, the daily room cleaning service was on point, Ismail did a fantastic job, he even arranged my kids and our shoes all neatly. The bathroom was cleaned very well every day. The rooms were really spacious. Breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. The location was superb. Checkin was painless and quick. This hotel Conrad Makkah overall is exceptional. The worker we had for room service, Ramadan, was kind and efficient, quick yet thorough. Truly the type of person you would choose to aid you. The breakfast here is incredible as well, with high variety and choices for everyone and all ages. The service from any of the workers is amazing as well. They're always willing to help. Conrad Makkah Hotel - service was experience

The service was experience at Conrad Makkah Hotel and the staff at the hotel was top notch. We were always greeted with smiles and happy faces. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. The location is amazing. What made the stay even better was the room! Knowing that after a long and tiring day filled with lots of walking, coming back to a clean, refreshing room that was always neat and smelling so good was the cherry on the cake. And I have to make a special mention to Ramadan who was in charge of our room. He was brilliant, friendly and insisted from the first day that our room was his responsibility and that it must be cleaned even though it was so late. It's interactions like this that makes one's stay so memorable. Well done!! Source - Google

We stayed at this hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar during a time in Makkah and I honestly cannot commend them enough. Everything from location to facilities is amazing. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We had the additional breakfast and this was great value for money, it was also very convenient as it opens just after Fajr which made things easier for us. The breakfast staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful - they even accommodated my gluten free needs. Source - Google
