During our recent visit, we stayed in Swissotel Makkah Hotel room number 1113 for two nights and I must say, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received. The housekeeping service was truly excellent, with special attention to detail given to the bathroom amenities, bed linen, floor carpet, and overall room maintenance. I recently stayed at this hotel Swissotel Makkah in room 2812, and I had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly Abdullah. He is incredibly hard-working, ensuring that everything was spotless and perfectly arranged each day. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give a special mention to the floor manager, who was always helpful and quick to resolve any issues.
