This hotel Pullman Zamzam Madinah is absolutely amazing! Service is incredible and we met such great people like Nihal and Babu who were absolutely incredible and amazing. They offered such great services and if we needed anything, they were happy to assist. Breakfast was great and offered a range of options. You wouldn’t be disappointed. The fruit is amazing and the hot foods are very comforting. Source - Google

Good location Pullman Zamzam Madinah Hotel within few minutes walk to haram. Easy and fast check in/check out. Good modern comfortable rooms with easy access to lifts. Rooms cleaned and serviced daily. 5 star standard of service and facilities. Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide range of food and drinks each morning. Concierge was very helpful - excellent service. Would definitely stay here again Source - Google

Your staff is incredible. Before my stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, I emailed the hotel on a number of occasions, and they provided quick and thorough responses. When I arrived, your luggage porters were extremely efficient. Your check in staff was warm. Your housekeeping staff was incredible!!! In the bedroom, the king bed was extremely luxurious and relaxing after a long journey. Thank you for such an incredible stay! Source - Google

The hotel Pullman Zamzam Madinah hits every possible expectation. The staff are amazing and friendly. They can speak multiple languages without difficulty. The hotel room itself was clean and spacious. The facilities available were great. The staff were willing to accommodate to every need. Amazing location and Amazing service, so far the best stay in kingdom. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
