The hotel Pullman Zamzam Madinah hits every possible expectation. The staff are amazing and friendly. They can speak multiple languages without difficulty. The hotel room itself was clean and spacious. The facilities available were great. The staff were willing to accommodate to every need. My family are visiting in January and I have recommended Pullman. Hotel came highly recommended by friends. Great stay. Source - Google

Amazing location and Amazing service, so far the best stay in kingdom. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Mr Siraj from house keeping team did phenomenal job in cleaning up the room with the mess done by three kids. Highly recommend this property. Source - Google

I had an amazing experience staying in this hotel Conrad Makkah particularly with Rubel. His dedication to his work speaks volume. He went out of his way to accommodate our request. A special thank you to Ajizul Sheik for keeping our room tidy and cleaning at times that were always so convenient for us, whether day or night. Amazing hotel at Conrad Makkah and amazing service, particularly by our housekeeper Shohag. Very mindful and attended to all our needs. All other housekeeping staff are very friendly too and give salaam whenever they see you. The rooms are spacious and the quality of the washroom products are amazing. Breakfast is 10/10, a vast amount of food to choose from. Would stay here again. Source - Google
