I recently stayed at Raffles Makkah Palace Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a perfect haven for relaxation. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my stay. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight. The food was delicious and expertly prepared, with a menu that offered something for everyone. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, and the service was prompt and courteous. One of the best experiences in Raffles Makkah Palace ever

One of the best experiences in Raffles Makkah Palace ever! The suite was out of this world, service is excellent. We told them that we liked the macaroons we got delivered to our suite and the next morning they made some especially for us. That’s the kind of gestures that makes the customer feel special. Excellent location at Raffles Makkah Palace

Excellent location at Raffles Makkah Palace, view and accessibility to the kaaba. Staff and food were amazing ! Food was of excellent standard , fresh and excellent flavours. Very clean and peaceful environment. For those who like to stay at less crowded hotels and have a quiet breakfast lunch and dinner this is the place to be . Staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to assist. Shops are inside the same building and you can never lose your location because you always look up and go towards the clock tower.
