Loved to stay here DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar! Rooms were super clean, updated, and spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were all super friendly. Even though it was just a few minutes walk to the Haram, their free shuttle service to/from Haram made it so much easier especially with the kids. Definitely recommend! Source - Google

Recent stay in this hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar. From the moment you enter to the rooms is a wow factor. Modern, spacious and clean. Very quiet even though hotel was booked to capacity. Never issue waiting for lifts or noise. The shuttle bus service is a massive bonus and we'll served to pilgrims especially with children. It was a life saver for my family. For this reason I will defiantly book again. Last not the least is the buffet menu for breakfast was truly classy. The restaurant attentive and hospitable. Please keep these services and you should expect 5 star reviews as deserved. I just would like to point one slight bit annoyance of expectation from some member of housekeeping although not clearly but felt obliged need to tip. They are working for a prestigious brand as Hilton they need to live up to the class. Otherwise all fantastic and this won't put me off booking again. Source - Google

The hotel was very nice and clean at DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Jabal Omar Hotel! The room was spacious, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with so much variety 😋. It's a 10-minute walk to Haram through the Hilton (Gate 69 is closest!), or Gate 79 is a bit further. They even have a shuttle to near Conrad Jabal Omar. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend for location and service 👍 Source - Google
