Stayed here Shaza Makkah Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay

Stayed here Shaza Makkah Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were very clean, the food from the restaurant was better and higher quality than local area restaurants, and room service was excellent and timely. Hotel staff were also very helpful in addressing any concerns I had and were very accommodating. Shaza Makkah is fairly close to the Haram and they provide a free bus to and from the Haram which is very convenient. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here. Source - Google

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel Shaza Makkah. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always making sure we felt welcomed. Every morning, the breakfast buffet was a delight, and they greeted us with refreshing hibiscus tea (كركديه بارد) and coffee, which made us feel at home. The room itself was beautifully designed in Andalusian style, with elegant decor and spotless cleanliness. I stayed at Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel here for 10 days, and between him and the other staff member, they make up the best team of employees at the hotel. They cleaned our room everyday and refilled everything we needed. They are great people and very pleasant. The hotel is top-notch and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Haram. The only drawback is that it's on a hill, which could be difficult for older guests. The service is superb, with Abdul Alim and the cleaning team being particularly respectful and attentive. They are dependable and won't interfere with your belongings or enter your room without consent. However, the restaurant is quite pricey. Overall, the hotel is very nice. I will definitely be coming back here because of their service team and how wonderful they are. The front desk staff could learn from the cleaners, as they weren't as welcoming as Abdul Alim and his team. Thank you for your hard work and making us feel welcomed. Source - Google
