I arrived at the hotel Shaza Regency Plaza at 10.00 am, the lobby was very fragrant

I arrived at the hotel Shaza Regency Plaza at 10.00 am, the lobby was very fragrant. I really hoped for an early check in. The first time I arrived they said that I had to wait until 4 pm to be able to check in. And I didn't give up, I told them that I had to transit 3 times before arriving in the city of the Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam. And they immediately asked for my passport and not long after they gave me the key. Honestly I was very impressed with the service at the reception. Very simple and humble. Entered a very clean and fragrant room. The furniture is well maintained. The toilet is very clean. And the most impressive thing for me is that every day via Whatsapp the hotel guest relation asked how I was and what I needed. Very, very impressive for me. I highly recommend this hotel for families or groups. Source - Google

Such an amazing place for our stay at Shaza Regency Plaza Hotel. We spent 4 nights here and I’m sad we have to leave. It’s just a couple mins walk to the Mosque al nabowi. The moment you leave the hotel, you have tons of restaurants next to you and shopping areas as well. The service from the room cleaners was amazing. They always took care of us and our needs. The breakfast buffet was top tier. The servers were so polite and the egg chef was a great guy always doing his best to deliver. The guy that made our coffee was a true gentleman and always respectful. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place. We were very pleased from day one. Thank you all for an amazing first time experience in Madina. Source - Google
