Me and my family had an excellent stay at Pullman Zamzam Madina Hotel in November 2024. The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Prophet’s Mosque. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after long days. I want to give a special mention to Dilshad, who went above and beyond to make our 5-day stay comfortable. This hotel Pullman Zamzam Madinah is absolutely amazing! Service is incredible and we met such great people like Nihal and Babu who were absolutely incredible and amazing. They offered such great services and if we needed anything, they were happy to assist. Breakfast was great and offered a range of options. You wouldn’t be disappointed. Good location Pullman Zamzam Madinah Hotel within few minutes walk to haram. Easy and fast check in/check out. Good modern comfortable rooms with easy access to lifts. Rooms cleaned and serviced daily. 5 star standard of service and facilities. Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide range of food and drinks each morning. Concierge was very helpful - excellent service. Would definitely stay here again Source - Google

Your staff is incredible. Before my stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, I emailed the hotel on a number of occasions, and they provided quick and thorough responses. When I arrived, your luggage porters were extremely efficient. Your check in staff was warm. Your housekeeping staff was incredible!!! In the bedroom, the king bed was extremely luxurious and relaxing after a long journey. Thank you for such an incredible stay! Source - Google
