Great hospitality and a great place to stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah hotel with the family. The front desk staff Ms Samar was very polite and considerate to provide all the booked rooms on the same floor. She made the check-in process a great experience. The rooms are very well maintained. A great choice of items in the breakfast that suits everyone's need. The location is 5*, room is 5* and the staff and services is 5* Source - Google

This hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah exceeded my expectations, as a Globetrotter I have experienced many hotels and this one standouts out from the rest. The customer service was top-notch followed by how clean and comfortable the whole hotel is including the rooms and other facilities. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah ! The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, featuring two closets. The toilet was spotless, and I especially appreciated the clear speakers that allowed prayers to be easily heard within the room—a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast area was impressively large, and the special buffet just for kids was both cute and adorable—a great idea for families. The variety of breakfast options was amazing, catering to all tastes and preferences. Another highlight was the hotel's convenient location. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the mosque, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay close to it. Hotel atmosphere was really nice in Swissotel Makkah Hotel, clean and very well presented. Staff were very accomodating. Hotel room was ok- very compact. Outstanding service by Ashraf at the buffet breakfast for the whole 4 days we stayed. Every morning he looked after all of our needs with a smile, filled every request very efficiently. Very satisfied with my stay at hotel Swissotel Makkah. In particular housekeeping staff member Kurshed Ahmed was outstanding. He was always polite, happy and always willing to help with a smile.
