The staff is very helpful in Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah Hotel. Just ask and they will assist you on the spot! One of the staff named Mobin is very friendly and make my stay felt welcoming. The food is good. Super love their dessert (cakes). Source - Google

Best hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah I’ve ever been to! The room was absolutely beautiful (we had the residential suite). There wasn’t a view but that’s because we didn’t ask for one. The service was good and they kept giving us extra water without having to ask which we very much needed. The hotel is right next to the masjid and connected to a mall. So we got to go to the mall a lot and once we step outside we’re already near the entrance of the masjid. The breakfast buffet was very good. The service there was great and they kept things very clean (constantly refilling coffee and clearing plates). The employees were very nice and the hospitality over all was amazing. I’d recommend this to anyone who going! Source - Google

Definitely a 5* hotel worth staying at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah

Definitely a 5* hotel worth staying at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah! The rooms bed was super comfy and one of the best things we felt is this hotel has their own fast lift that goes straight down to the haram so you don’t have to use the clock towers (extremely slow especially during Salah time) elevators to get to the haram. The rooms also had the haram speaker so could hear the Adhans and salah from the hotel room. Staff were very friendly too. Definitely recommend! Source - Google

We stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah Hotel view of kaaba

We stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah Hotel view of kaaba room on 44th floor and well it was definitely worth it. The view is just breathtaking! Room service was great, Bengali staffs were really very helpful. They even let us late check out as our flight was at night. Breakfast was really good with lots of varieties. Totally satisfied with our stay 😊 Source - Google
