I recently stayed at this hotel Swissotel Makkah in room 2812, and I had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly Abdullah. He is incredibly hard-working, ensuring that everything was spotless and perfectly arranged each day. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give a special mention to the floor manager, who was always helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Their prompt assistance and dedication to ensuring guests’ comfort are truly commendable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! Source - Google

From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I was upgraded to a haram view The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The brother cleaned my room everyday no complain and did an excellent job at making the room clean again. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep. We stayed in room 0401 at Swissotel Makkah Hotel it was fabulous as i stayed for 4nights. The housekeeping was amazing especially lurched &MR .Abdul Gusoor. as i walked in, It was really clean and the room was fresh. the room smelt amazing and the floor was spotless. The bathroom appliances was top notch as it had conditioner, shaving kit and a shampoo. We would much want to come back for another stay and in my opinion, This is the-best hotel that you can book.
