Best hotel Voco Makkah, and they deserved 5 star indeed

Superb and awesome services! Best hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel and they deserved 5 star indeed! great care in all the way to room cleaning, room services, every day cleaning and refreshing all things! too much happy with them, I stayed 2 times and will continue next and also recommended everyone just book with them. Just distance a matter but you will not feel it as many buses are available all the time in both sites! VOCO Makkah please keep going with the same great services! thank you! Source - Google

I recently stayed at Voco Makkah Hotel with my family for three nights

I recently stayed at Voco Makkah Hotel with my family for three nights, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. We booked two rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. One of the standout features of the hotel is the shuttle service to the Haram, which runs every 15 minutes. It made our trips to and from the Haram incredibly convenient and stress-free. The rooms were well-maintained, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for resting after a long day. The hotel’s staff deserve special recognition for their friendliness and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, addressing any questions or requests with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend Voco Makkah Hotel to anyone visiting the holy city. I recently stayed at Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel , and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is massive, split into four huge towers, and the size alone is impressive. Everything about the hotel feels modern, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Their professional attitude made my stay even better, and the level of service truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It was a wonderful experience, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The food was of such high quality that it stood out as one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in any hotel. Another feature that really surprised me was the hotel’s dedicated shopping centre for guests only. It was so convenient for buying gifts without having to deal with large crowds, making it a unique and thoughtful addition to the hotel. The hotel provides a 24/7 shuttle service to the Haram, which is very convenient, though the wait for the bus could sometimes take a while. Walking to the Haram is possible too, but it’s quite a long walk, so the shuttle is definitely the better option. With its excellent service, friendly staff, modern design, fantastic breakfast, and convenient shopping centre, I highly recommend voco Makkah to anyone visiting the city.
