hotel Al Massa Grand Hotel has nice amount of lifts so we would rarely have to wait

First timer here and the Indonesian food at the restaurant nailed it! The hotel Al Massa Grand Hotel has nice amount of lifts so we would rarely have to wait. Cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially the bathroom, but for me it’s already fine. The staffs were all so helpful with quick responds.. With only 5-10 minutes far from the Masjid Al Haram, it was great value for money! Source - Google

The hotel Al Massa Grand Hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Haram, located on a busy main road leading directly to it. It’s right next to one of the major bus stations, so the area outside can get quite hectic and crowded. Inside, the rooms are nice and modern, offering a comfortable stay. However, the bathrooms are similar to many other hotels in the area—outdated and in need of renovation. On the plus side, the staff are very helpful and attentive, frequently checking in to see if you need anything, which is a thoughtful touch. Source - Google

I stayed for 5 nights with my kids. at Al Massa Grand Hotel Experience was good

I stayed for 5 nights with my kids. at Al Massa Grand Hotel Experience was good. Room was clean with clean bedding.. for housekeeping, I had to call the guy and every time they turned up fast. No issue with anything.. water bottles and towels were provided.. all in all a good experience. I recommend this hotel Source - Google
