hotel Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower - I highly recommend it Definitely will come again

It was one of the best nights of our life at the hotel Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower. We stayed in the gold area, which we have our own lifts that take us to Al haram, avoiding the crowds in the other lifts. The hotel is connected to Clock Tower mall, which offer a variety of shops, restaurants and many more. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel management are very generous, offering the lounge to gold residents, with food and snacks almost all day. The breakfast was phenomenal! Has a great variety of food. The hotel has its own prayer room following Al haram prayer, which was very nice of them. We stayed in a suite with 2 rooms, the beds were very comfy, and they provided us with a fresh complimentary Arabic coffee everyday. At the check out, no one was disturbing us like we used in other hotels, they keep you comfortable for the last minutes. Every person and staff were helping us. I highly recommend it. My recent stay at this hotel Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the fantastic room service team. From the moment I checked in, I felt truly cared for, and the room service staff played a huge role in making my stay unforgettable. The room service team was always prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. Every time I ordered, the food arrived hot and beautifully presented, with attention to every detail. They consistently went above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed and even accommodating special requests with a smile. Their warmth and dedication really made me feel at home.
