I will recommend Pullman Zamzam Hotel for staying. Nice rooms, good staff including house keeping especially Maruan is good and helpful. He was coming in 5 to 10 minutes for cleaning. I am happy that i choose this hotel for My Umrah. Thank you. Source - Google

I particularly liked dining staff Abu Taib the manager of Pullman ZamZam Makkah Hotel who managed to help me with my parents situation.

I particularly liked dining staff Abu Taib the manager of Pullman ZamZam Makkah Hotel who managed to help me with my parents situation. They both are on wheel chain and Abu Taib very considerably helped me sending food for them to our room. This is what is call outstanding service. Kudos to dining staff and everyone involved. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah and I’m giving it a solid 4 stars! The room was clean, comfortable, and met all my expectations but the fare was little bit expensive. A special mention goes to Sameh Najeb, the room boy, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and his friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to him and the team for a pleasant stay!. Room 413 Source - Google
