Novotel Makkah Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Makkah Hotel in Thaker Makkah, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and service I received throughout my stay. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their attention to detail and dedication to keeping the room immaculate and comfortable. The transportation services provided by the hotel were also excellent, making it incredibly convenient for me going to Alharam. The front desk staff were exceptional as well, offering warm and professional service from the moment I arrived. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor greatly contributed to the overall positive experience, with special thanks to Mr. Rayan at the front desk for his help and assisstant. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and look forward to staying at Novotel Makkah Thaker Makkah again in the future. Source - Google

Novotel Makkah is a great option if you want a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay in Makkah.

Novotel Makkah is a great option if you want a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay in Makkah. The hotel is neat, affordable, and professionally managed. Although it is located a little far from Haram, spacious shuttles leave every 30 minutes, minimising the distance factor. Source - Google

Novotel Makkah over the weekend I believe everything was amazing

We were at the Novotel Makkah over the weekend I believe everything was amazing food cleanliness service the only thing is the bus station isn’t great for new comers but once you get a hang of how to go in the haram it’s perfect,the bus service is every half hour but it’s exactly on time, And it’s only 5-7 minutes away from the haram on the bus. I believe it’s a very good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. Source - google

I went for Umrah and Novotel Makkah was helping us a lot to provide great stay and services. The hotel is new and clean and the most I loved is the welcoming and everyone is supporting and smiling. Novotel Makkah Had a very pleasant staying

Had a very pleasant staying at Novotel Makkah Thakker city. Rooms were clean, housekeeping service was on point and their shuttle bus service from hotel to Haram is after every 30 minutes is a plus point for people who want to stay for umrah.
