recently stayed at [Hotel Swissotel Makkah Hotel room 330 room] and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I was upgraded to a haram view The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The brother cleaned my room everyday no complain and did an excellent job at making the room clean again. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep. The staff remembered my preferences after the first night, which made the experience feel even more personalized. Source - Google

We stayed in room 0401 at Swissotel Makkah Hotel it was fabulous as i stayed for 4nights. The housekeeping was amazing especially lurched &MR .Abdul Gusoor. as i walked in, It was really clean and the room was fresh. the room smelt amazing and the floor was spotless. The bathroom appliances was top notch as it had conditioner, shaving kit and a shampoo. We would much want to come back for another stay and in my opinion, This is the-best hotel that you can book. My family and I have repeatedly booked and stayed at voco Makkah Hotel for the past three weekends in a row. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring that we felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the modern, clean, and stylish decor of the lobby and the room. The shuttle service to the haram was consistently available throughout the day, which removes the pressure of trying to catch it at a particular time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! Really enjoyed our stay at this new hotel Voco Makkah , 1st class service! Very clean and great hospitality. The bathrooms are very very very clean. The location is very close to Kaaba. The breakfast is very nice, clean and healthy, so many options. Everything is made fresh (fresh orange juice, fresh omelette) the staff is lovely. They really care about the customers. The whole vibe is very classy!! Really recommend it to everyone who wants to come to umrah with comfort and great experience! Tala and Fatima were lovely, they really cared about our experience!!
