Masha Allah very near to Haram Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel, very clean and spacious Rooms. Security Ibrahim 10 out of 10 Receptionist Lamma with her welcoming smile 10 out 10 Room service Saju and Arif 10 out of 10 ( Hope I have spelt the name's correct) I highly recommend this hotel insha Allah soon when they finish the construction it will be much easier to access. Insha Allah next visit to Makkah we will stay at the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel . Source - Google

Had a lovely experience at this hotel Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Room service was always quick to help us. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Only thing is the hill is a bit steep when walking to the masjid so if you have knee issues it's prob not the best location. But it's really not that bad of a walk. Wifi can be improved. But I loved this hotel. Would be my go to in Makkah. Source - Google

One of the best hotels Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel I have been to with great customer service. We got a one bedroom apartment and it was so spacious, clean and furniture was in good condition. Anytime we called room service for something, they made sure to attend immediately. Breakfast food was really good with heaps of variety and great service. The hotel is not too far away from Haram, except you need to climb a hill that can be tiring to walk up, especially due to the current construction. Would definitely go there again! Source - Google

The staff is very helpful in Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah Hotel. Just ask and they will assist you on the spot! One of the staff named Mobin is very friendly and make my stay felt welcoming. The food is good. Super love their dessert (cakes). Source - Google
