The housekeeping service done by Monjur was excellent in Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick Hotel. He was very cheerful and helpful. He ensured to check if our rooms required cleaning. He also respected us when he came, he will knock the door to ask permission to clean since we are inside. Excellent service rendered. Everything in the hotel was very comfortable and location was also very near gate 328 direct to Haram. Source - Google

We were very pleased with the customer care at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The reception staff were truly amazing and extremely helpful. However, during breakfast, it would be great to have a waiter available to assist with water, tea, and other needs. Additionally, they should consider finding a bigger restaurant for breakfast, as the current one is too small and feels congested. Source - Google
