Location is great Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah Hotel having elevators access to Haram

Location is great Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah Hotel having elevators access to Haram directly is HUGE bonus point. Staff are great, cleanliness is great rooms are OK we booked a triple room we got a double with an extra bed so it was a bit crowded. The house keeping staff are amazing especially Hussein who made our stay more pleasant. Source - Google

We stayed in Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah room 3622, you get a full view of the Kaaba from there

We stayed in Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah room 3622, you get a full view of the Kaaba from there. The staff were extremely helpful from front desk to cleaners. We used the hotel restaurant and cafe almost every day as well as the room service, all professional throughout. The only thing I would suggest is a loyalty scheme should be put in place for regular customers and those who stay long term, as we stayed for 15 days and spend a lot on services such as restaurant and room service every single day, would be good to have some form of loyalty discount scheme to use on future stays 🙂 other than that, great experience!

We are enjoying stay in the hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah, located near to haram and we booked the room with haram view & fast service. I would like to thank you for the staff has been arranged special thing for my daughter's birthday, really appreciated. One thing according to me to improve is breakfast, i feel the breakfast menu is similar every day as we stayed more than 5 days. Hopefully in the future they can improve by providing variety of main menu. So far really thank you for servicing us during stay. Source - Google
