We are enjoying stay in the hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah, located near to haram and we booked the room with haram view & fast service. I would like to thank you for the staff has been arranged special thing for my daughter's birthday, really appreciated. One thing according to me to improve is breakfast, i feel the breakfast menu is similar every day as we stayed more than 5 days. Hopefully in the future they can improve by providing variety of main menu. So far really thank you for servicing us during stay. Source - Google

Great hospitality and a great place to stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah hotel with the family. The front desk staff Ms Samar was very polite and considerate to provide all the booked rooms on the same floor. She made the check-in process a great experience. The rooms are very well maintained. A great choice of items in the breakfast that suits everyone's need. The location is 5*, room is 5* and the staff and services is 5* Source - Google

This hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah exceeded my expectations, as a Globetrotter I have experienced many hotels and this one standouts out from the rest. The customer service was top-notch followed by how clean and comfortable the whole hotel is including the rooms and other facilities. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah ! The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, featuring two closets. The toilet was spotless, and I especially appreciated the clear speakers that allowed prayers to be easily heard within the room—a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast area was impressively large, and the special buffet just for kids was both cute and adorable—a great idea for families. The variety of breakfast options was amazing, catering to all tastes and preferences. Another highlight was the hotel's convenient location. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the mosque, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay close to it.
