The Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah offers great service, and the staff do their best to make guests feel welcome.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah and had a generally positive experience, but there are areas where the hotel could improve. Service: The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Room and Comfort: While the service was commendable, the room itself left much to be desired. The decor felt quite outdated, and the bedding was not very comfortable. The mattress and pillows didn't provide the level of comfort expected from a hotel of this standard, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's rest. Bathroom: The bathroom was also in need of renovation. It appeared outdated, and the fixtures felt worn. The overall condition of the bathroom was not as polished as I would have hoped for. Carpet: One of the more notable issues was the carpets. They weren't joined properly, which not only affected the aesthetic but also gave an impression of neglect in an otherwise clean space. Overall Impression: The Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah offers great service, and the staff do their best to make guests feel welcome. However, the hotel could significantly improve its offerings by addressing the outdated decor, improving bedding comfort, and upgrading the bathroom and carpets to maintain the high standard of service it provides. source - Google

Good Hotel In Makkah

Al Ebaa Hotel In Makkah Has good access and conveniently near to haram. Hotels in Makkah are pretty costly during Ramadhan and Al Ebaa Hotel could be a good budget friendly option.
