My family and I have repeatedly booked and stayed at voco Makkah Hotel for the past three weekends in a row. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring that we felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the modern, clean, and stylish decor of the lobby and the room. The shuttle service to the haram was consistently available throughout the day, which removes the pressure of trying to catch it at a particular time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! Really enjoyed our stay at this new hotel Voco Makkah , 1st class service! Very clean and great hospitality. The bathrooms are very very very clean. The location is very close to Kaaba. The breakfast is very nice, clean and healthy, so many options. Everything is made fresh (fresh orange juice, fresh omelette) the staff is lovely. They really care about the customers. The whole vibe is very classy!! Really recommend it to everyone who wants to come to umrah with comfort and great experience! Tala and Fatima were lovely, they really cared about our experience!! We stayed in Voco Makkah Hotel for 5 nights (13-17 Dec in tower 8, on 8th floor) and had a great experience. The hotel is new. Everything smelled plush and the vibes were great. We had a quad room and the spacing between beds was ample to move around with ease. The USB charging ports on lamps on side tables was a very handy feature. The room air-conditioning control with settable temperature was a very handy feature enhancing comfort. The wardrobe almirahs were ample and of such size that our medium sized suitcases (4 of them) fitted in them removing any clutter from the room! There are plenty of elevators, reasonably fast and big enough to accommodate many persons. Thus access in and out of the hotel was never of concern. Source - Google

The staff are very welcoming and the hotel Voco Makkah rooms are very clean and neat and I had an excellent breakfast experience. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes that were deliciously presented. I recently stayed at Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel , and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is massive, split into four huge towers, and the size alone is impressive. Everything about the hotel feels modern, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Another feature that really surprised me was the hotel’s dedicated shopping centre for guests only. It was so convenient for buying gifts without having to deal with large crowds, making it a unique and thoughtful addition to the hotel. The hotel provides a 24/7 shuttle service to the Haram, which is very convenient, though the wait for the bus could sometimes take a while. Walking to the Haram is possible too, but it’s quite a long walk, so the shuttle is definitely the better option. With its excellent service, friendly staff, modern design, fantastic breakfast, and convenient shopping centre, I highly recommend voco Makkah to anyone visiting the city. Wonderful Experience - This hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel gives the best services and very timely services. I am very much amazed for the quick check-in & check-out process. The hotel management is very good in responding any query. For Umrah pilgrims, the shuttle service is very good and consistently going on one after one without a delay. Where do I start to describe this wonderful hotel Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel? It is amazing and large, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with a lovely fragrance. The breakfast was a beautiful, delicious, and fresh buffet that was also nutritious. The staff and employees were some of the best I've ever seen, with their smiles and initiatives to help me, along with many other services that are hard to mention. I had a very good overall experience at Voco Makkah, an IHG Hotel. The room was great and included everything I needed. It was always clean and well-maintained. The bus services were excellent and readily available. However, you might still prefer a hotel within a short walking distance of Al-Haram. Source - google
