Most beautiful stay ever i had with this Novotel Makkah hotel !! Very clean and neat..i checked in almost in hour before, i havent been asked for wait for the check in time..it was wonderful experience the staff was well behaviour room service was amazing..would stay again in the future insha Allah Source - Google

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Makkah Hotel in Thaker Makkah, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and service I received throughout my stay. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their attention to detail and dedication to keeping the room immaculate and comfortable. The transportation services provided by the hotel were also excellent, making it incredibly convenient for me going to Alharam. The front desk staff were exceptional as well, offering warm and professional service from the moment I arrived. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor greatly contributed to the overall positive experience, with special thanks to Mr. Rayan at the front desk for his help and assisstant. Novotel Makkah is a great option if you want a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay in Makkah. The hotel is neat, affordable, and professionally managed. Although it is located a little far from Haram, spacious shuttles leave every 30 minutes, minimising the distance factor. Source - Google
