Novotel Makkah over the weekend I believe everything was amazing

We were at the Novotel Makkah over the weekend I believe everything was amazing food cleanliness service the only thing is the bus station isn’t great for new comers but once you get a hang of how to go in the haram it’s perfect,the bus service is every half hour but it’s exactly on time, And it’s only 5-7 minutes away from the haram on the bus. I believe it’s a very good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. Source - google

Novotel Makkah was helping us a lot to provide great stay and services.

I went for Umrah and Novotel Makkah was helping us a lot to provide great stay and services. The hotel is new and clean and the most I loved is the welcoming and everyone is supporting and smiling. Novotel Makkah Had a very pleasant staying

Had a very pleasant staying at Novotel Makkah Thakker city. Rooms were clean, housekeeping service was on point and their shuttle bus service from hotel to Haram is after every 30 minutes is a plus point for people who want to stay for umrah. This is an absolutely 5 star hotel, I stayed there Novotel Makkah Hotel second time in 2 years and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for great hotels in Makkah. The Novotel Makkah hotel staff are quiet professional and the rooms are well maintained and it’s really clean, has all the necessary facilities available which is why I really recommend the hotel definitely worth staying. The environment is really good as its not crowded or noisy moreover the hotel is well organized. The design of the hotel is fantastic. The only drawback is how difficult it is to find the location of the hotel sometimes and its kind of far from makkah especially because of the construction going on but if you’re a type of person to like a quiet and peaceful environment this is the place to be Source - Google
